The hotel featuring 160 rooms is scheduled to open in 2013, in time for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. Park Plaza Hotels is pleased to announce that it has successfully acquired Park Plaza Leeds and Park Plaza Nottingham. Until this acquisition both hotels were operated under management agreements.
